RENTAL REGISTRATION LICENSES
For payments over $2,500, please contact our office at 217-384-2443 or buildingsafety@urbanaillinois.us.
For information about the City of Urbana's Rental Registration Program, please visit the website at http://urbanaillinois.us/rrp.
To apply for a new Rental Registration License, click the "Apply Online" link to the left (with the cloud icon), and select "Rental Property Registration" from the 'Application Type' drop-down.

ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR LICENSES
To apply for a new or transfer Electrical Contractor License, click the "Apply Online" link to the left (with the cloud icon), and select "Electrical Contractor License" from the 'Application Type' drop-down.

FIRE PREVENTION LICENSES
To apply for a new Fire Prevention License, click the "Apply Online" link to the left (with the cloud icon), and select "Fire Prevention License" from the 'Application Type' drop-down.
